“What You Give”:
- Completed application
- Completed Submission form w/program and lender information
- Credit report
- Any documentation collected from borrowers
- Any compliance disclosures signed by the borrower (PMP can issue at time of opening the file, if they were not provided)
“What You Get”:
- Within 24 hours of receiving the above items, Premier Mortgage Processing will open the file submitted for processing
- A missing items letter and GFE/TIL will be issued and contact will be made with the borrower and attorney/title co.
- Any verifications necessary will be requested at this time
- Review credit report, income, assets, appraisal and title
- Constant communication during the loan process
- Submit loan to lender
- Clear underwriting conditions
- Request hazard/flood insurance with new mortgagee clause
- Coordinate closing with borrower, lender, attorney/title co.
- Prepare fee sheet
- Confirm closing
- Follow up on post closing items and prepare file for return to broker
